Regional Financial Director

The position of Regional Financial Director is a key role within our finance organization, focusing on strategic financial support and operational expertise to drive business performance.
This challenging role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing business and strategic insights to inform financial decisions and achieve operational objectives.
The successful candidate will partner with regional leaders to establish financial standards and metrics, create internal financial processes and systems, and ensure the integrity of reported information. They will also develop and implement short-term financial and operational plans, monitor performance reporting processes, and provide insightful decision support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional leadership to establish functional budget tracking standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and drive strategic financial plans.
- Provide leadership on cost optimization and route-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement financial models and reports to inform business decisions.
- Manage activities of senior financial analysts and ensure effective team performance.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in Business Partner Finance roles.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting sales organizations as a finance business partner.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Serves in a finance leadership position for a fast-growing technology company, preferably in the enterprise software or SAAS markets.
- Ideally worked at companies with rigorous financial training and business partnering capabilities.
