Our client, a part of an European group of companies specialising in automotive replacement parts, is looking for a Regional Managing Director with direct industry experience to join their team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute regional business strategies that are aligned with the Group’s strategies
- Explore and develop new avenues or sources to localise products and services regionally and globally to optimise efficiency and minimise cost
- Lead, direct and control activities in entity to achieve Group’s financial and operational objectives
- Cultivate and build long and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, business partners and authorities both regionally and globally
- Oversee company’s business operations, financial performance and human resources
- Provide strategic advice and market insights to Group’s owners to drive strategic and profitable growth in Asia, particularly in Greater China
- Ensure compliance with Group’s corporate governance and local regulations

**Requirements**:

- More than 10 years of management experience in automotive parts industry, with at least 5 years of experience as Managing Director or in a similar capacity
- Extensive industry-related networks and contacts
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills
