Job Overview

This is a high-profile role that involves delivering top-notch HR operational activities according to existing policies and SOPs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including suggesting and implementing improvements to HR processes, policies, and technologies.

The selected professional will work closely with stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented and provide expert advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to HR processes, policies, and technologies;
  • Providing expert advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented;
  • Delivering communications plans and materials;

We are looking for an individual with a minimum degree in Human Resources or a similar field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare sector;
