Job Opportunity: Business Continuity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans (BCPs) across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) and develop BCPs to ensure operational resilience.
  • Cordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments to ensure preparedness and effective alignment across departments.
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to adapt continuity strategies and maintain compliance.
  • Lead incident response communication and post-event reviews to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience in leading incident response efforts.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively and support end-user services, infrastructure, banking applications, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
