Job Title:
">Business Continuity Management Professional
As a Business Continuity Management Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our organization's critical business functions. Your primary objective will be to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that cater to various potential disruptions.
">Developing BCPs involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with potential disruptions. You will conduct thorough Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to determine the potential effects of disruptions on our operations. Based on these analyses, you will create robust contingency plans that ensure minimal disruption to our business processes.
">In addition to developing BCPs, you will also be responsible for coordinating recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments. This will involve collaborating closely with IT, security teams, and business units to ensure preparedness and effective alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
">You will monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plans remain effective. Furthermore, you will lead incident response communication and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and readiness for future disruptions.
">To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of ITIL best practices, as well as proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams effectively. Skilled in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
">Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks efficiently, making quick and effective decisions, and coordinating with technology teams to ensure comprehensive incident management.

">Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields
