### Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our business continuity management system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your expertise in disaster recovery and operational resilience will be instrumental in ensuring our organization remains agile and responsive to changing circumstances.
### Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, or operational resilience roles
• Strong understanding of BCP and DR frameworks
• Proven track record of planning and executing BCP/DR tests and exercises
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams

### Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business continuity plans that align with regulatory guidelines and industry standards
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate disaster recovery planning with BCP objectives
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regular BCP drills, tabletop exercises, and disaster recovery tests
• Monitor and track remediation actions arising from BCP testing and risk assessments
• Provide guidance during disruptions or crisis situations and lead incident response activities
