About Our Client:

Our client serves as the APAC regional headquarters for a renowned manufacturer of consumer solutions, industrial components, and devices. They are seeking an HR Executive (Talent Management / Learning & Development) to develop and implement strategies that enhance talent performance, employee development, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management and learning strategies.
  • Manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning programs.
  • Identify high-potential individuals and resolve important skill shortages through targeted development programs.
  • Create and implement complete learning solutions, such as workshops, e-learning, and leadership development programs, to improve staff capacities.
  • Implement activities to increase employee engagement, promote health and wellness programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and improve retention rates.
  • Use data insights from performance indicators, learning outcomes, and employee feedback to assess success and suggest improvements.
  • Use HRIS and LMS systems to streamline talent management and development operations.

Requirements & Preferences:

  • Must: Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, At least 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Ability to start within short notice or within 1 month's notice, Prior experience working in an MNC environment (more than 200 employees).
  • Advantageous: Experience in Learning & Development, Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems.
