The Corporate Admin cum HR Executive role offers a comprehensive position with a focus on Human Resources and administrative functions. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring smooth office operations, located in Singapore.
This includes tasks such as maintaining personnel records, full cycle recruitment process and selection, work pass administration for foreign employees, leave management, preparing HR reports, and handling claims and providing office support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Diploma in Administration Management, Human Resource Management , or Business Administration
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Organised and able to follow structured work procedures
- At least 2 years of working experience in the service or retail sectors
- Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications
