Telecommunications Expert

We are seeking a skilled telecommunications expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing network and system infrastructure solutions for our clients.

  • This includes consulting with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting core network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • In addition, you will provide technical leadership during solution discussions, client workshops, and post-sales implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), firewall rules, NAT, and VPNs. They will also have hands-on experience with Linux systems, server hardening, and scripting for automation.

A strong communication and presentation skills is necessary to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, RHCSA) are a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing network and system infrastructure solutions for clients.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting core network infrastructure.
  • Providing technical leadership during solution discussions, client workshops, and post-sales implementation.
  • SUPPORTING AND ADMINISTERING LINUX AND WINDOWS SERVERS FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SERVICES.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensuring network performance, high availability, and secure operation through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Handling patch management, upgrades, and security hardening for systems and networks.
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation, diagrams, and change records.
  • Participating in client-facing meetings and providing expert insights and support for pre-sales, design, and deployment stages.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network and systems engineering, including client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy network/system solutions in enterprise or telecom environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, RHCSA) are a plus.
