We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our engineering team. As a Senior Telecommunications Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge telecommunications systems.

Job Description:

As a Senior Telecommunications Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop telecommunications systems that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyzing system specifications, and developing solutions that meet those needs.

Some of your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing telecommunication systems for various applications, including radio communication systems, security systems, navigation aids, and wired communication systems.
  • Preparing detailed system designs, including diagrams and schematics, and ensuring that they meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Selecting and procuring telecom equipment, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Developing bulk material listings, providing input for selected reports, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in telecommunications engineering, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience in relevant industries, such as oil & gas, marine, shipyard, petrochemical, or power plant.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT, and be certified by a recognized professional body.
