Job Title: Telecommunications Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Telecommunications Professional to join our growing team. The Telecommunications Professional will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for network and IT services at client premises.

This role requires a hands-on, customer-oriented individual with good technical knowledge of networking equipment and the ability to travel to various locations to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs for network, internet, and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and test network equipment (routers, switches, servers).
  • Perform site surveys, testing, and network performance checks.
  • Support and assist in scheduled maintenance or upgrade works.
  • Liaise with internal teams for technical escalation.
  • Document service reports, issues found, and solutions provided.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on-site.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned service tickets.

Requirements:
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Experience in fieldwork, technical support and professional certificate (Cisco Certification, Aruba, Juniper, Linux and others) preferred.
  • Good knowledge of networking, internet troubleshooting, and hardware installation.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WiFi, Router setup, Cabling).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours or during standby duty.
