Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Role

This role will focus on developing product awareness in the region and increasing market share. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and manage product line initiatives for business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including regional and local marketing materials and promotions.
  • Attend conferences, webinars, and seminars to understand market trends and build professional networks.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for sales, application teams, and channel partners.

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field, with approximately 5 years of Flow Cytometry experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and organizing regional, local, and online events.
  • Strong team player capable of working with diverse regional and global teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred:
  • Previous regional experience.
