Project Manager SOW Uplift

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong PMO skills to join our major regulatory remediation program aimed at uplifting our existing client's Source of Wealth (SOW).

The PMO for the KYC Remediation Program plays a critical role in supporting the execution and success of a large-scale regulatory initiative.

About The Role
  • Maintain governance standards, and execution discipline across the program.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, managing go-to-green recovery plans, and ensuring that risks and issues are properly tracked and mitigated.
Your Team
  • Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks, standards, and reporting protocols.
  • Maintain centralized documentation for program artifacts including charters, workplans, RACI matrices, and change controls.
  • Support program steering committee preparations, including materials, status updates, and action tracking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project tracking & reporting mechanism: Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across multiple workstreams.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies in a timely and structured manner.
  • Support Program Manager to identify at-risk or off-track initiatives and collaborate with workstream leads to define practical go-to-green plans.
  • Ensure accountability for recovery plan execution and track progress to closure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in a PMO, program analyst, or project management role within financial services.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML remediation programs and regulatory obligations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in driving governance adherence and managing go-to-green plans.
