Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews, development, and implementation of risk-based compliance monitoring programs.
  • Design and create tools, aids, and reports to facilitate the conduct of monitoring programs and improve the quality of assurance outputs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of planned programs through proper scheduling and supervision of progress.
  • Collect and provide information as requested by regulators, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and support regulatory, internal, or external audit processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word.
