Job Title: Pipeline Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Coordinator to join our team. As a Pipeline Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of pipeline projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with various disciplines and departments to ensure works are carried out efficiently.
  • Ensure that projects meet required specifications and standards.
  • Study and understand project specs, scope of work, and scope of supply.
  • Assist in ensuring resources arrive according to orders and requests raised.
  • Ensure resource allocations for production and project teams are on time to enable construction works to proceed as scheduled.
  • Monitor and ensure budgets are updated.
  • Support all HSE and QA/QC efforts and ensure works comply with such efforts.
  • Assist in preparing reports to update management on overall yard activities.
  • Attend client and production meetings with project managers.
  • Track potential variations for projects and follow up with commercial teams.
  • Monitor progress status of individual disciplines.
  • Submit project execution plans for tender submission.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marine project management or relevant working experience.
