Lead Pipeline Rehabilitation Expert

The successful candidate will oversee the rehabilitation of our sewer pipeline system using Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) and other trenchless technology methods.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor progress of sewer pipeline rehabilitation projects with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Coordinate site activities by liaising with team members, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective project management.
  • Attend project meetings, audits, and inspections to guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare accurate project reports, submissions, and documentation to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Support the implementation and compliance of workplace safety and health management systems and other ISO standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures to ensure that project activities align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing sewer rehabilitation works using CIPP or UV lining methods.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the built environment from a reputable university.
  • Strong understanding of PUB requirements, site coordination, and trenchless technology methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and drafting software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills for effective project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
  • Knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessment, and ISO systems implementation will be an advantage.
