Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is looking for a skilled and dedicated rehabilitation specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting case management, providing counselling support and group work for residents under your care. Your goal will be to conceive intervention plans that can effect positive change in the lives of our residents.
We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills, who is able to work closely with MSF and other agencies on the overall rehabilitation of residents. You will prepare in-depth care plans and mandatory monthly reports as required by MSF and other agencies.
In addition, you will plan, execute, and evaluate programmes and services aimed at improving the quality of life of our residents. You will also attend case conferences and present cases for discussion on formal platforms such as departmental or inter-agencies meetings.
Requirements:
- Must possess degree or graduate diploma in Social Work.
- Must possess compassion, resourcefulness, and willingness to work diligently to help in the rehabilitation of male destitute persons.
- Registered with SASW Accreditation Board or SAC or SPS preferred with at least 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Good report writing and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player.
