Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage critical gas pipeline construction projects from inception to final close-out. This involves planning, coordination, execution, control, and successful project completion, ensuring alignment with our company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of pipeline projects including pre-construction activities such as constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk-mitigation planning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Direct and manage superintendents and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and ensure strict adherence to all contract specifications, terms, and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Utility Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project management, preferably in utilities pipeline projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM-360, and GIS utility mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead multicultural site teams and drive continual improvement.
Reporting Line & Working Conditions:
  • Reports to Operations Manager (Utilities).
  • Work base: Island-wide worksites; primarily site-based with occasional night work during shutdowns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with excellent command of spoken and written English. They will also be proficient in project management tools and MS Office, with experience in utilities pipeline projects.
