Organizational Performance and Culture Specialist

Our team is seeking a seasoned Consultant to drive organizational performance and culture initiatives in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual employee to the organizational level.

The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, including new ways to engage with partners, product innovation models, building culture and organizational structure, and maintaining high performance and engagement standards.

A key focus area will be providing proactive analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact, and provide actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes.

Presentation skills are essential, as the successful candidate will present analysis and insights to senior leadership on relevant talent strategies.

Additional responsibilities include promoting People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent rework.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multinational organization
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution
  • Facilitating and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executives
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch to meet business goals with clear, measurable metrics
  • Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
