About the Team
Here in the Organization Culture department, we're the frontline guardians and promoters of our values, mission and vision within the company facing an audience of diversified staff around the world. From diversity & inclusion, study of organizational behaviors and effectiveness to event planning and creative designs of cultural items, our daily work covers a broad spectrum of topics related to people and culture.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify research topics that align with the company's cultural and management priorities to offer valuable insights to managers.
2. Conduct research on industry best practices related to organizational culture and management to provide actionable recommendations for managers.
3. Offer research and content support to other teams within Organizational Culture (OC) as needed.
4. Collaborate with business lines on key culture and management topics, exploring practical implementations and gathering high-quality content.
5. Support cross-functional OC programs to ensure consistent context and coherence across teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in conducting research or industry analysis is preferred but not mandatory, familiar with high-tech, internet, and related industries.
2. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, proactive and action-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
