Overview:

A Thermal Engineer is required to design and develop thermal systems that enhance the performance and reliability of electronic and mechanical components.

The ideal candidate will have experience in thermal analysis, computational modeling, and experimental validation.

Responsibilities
  • Create cooling and heating systems and deploy them effectively
  • Develop thermal designs using numerical approaches and model-based analysis
  • Conduct experiments to validate thermal system designs
  • Develop automation scripts for numerical analysis tools
  • Support thermal management for electronics
  • Assist with precision and mechatronics design work occasionally
Requirements
  • Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Physics
  • Understanding of thermal technologies including computational modeling and calculation
  • 1-2 years of experience in thermal system design preferred
  • Knowledge in precision machine design preferred
  • Proficiency in using simulation software packages such as ANSYS Fluent, FloEFD, COMSOL, or other Thermal/CFD tools
