Job Title: Thermal Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious thermal systems specialist to support the development of innovative thermal solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of advanced electronic and mechanical components.

The ideal candidate will have experience in thermal analysis, computational modeling, and experimental validation, and will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring optimal thermal performance across our products.

  • Design cooling and heating systems and oversee their deployment
  • Develop and apply numerical approaches to drive thermal designs
  • Conduct experiments to validate thermal system designs
  • Develop and optimize automation scripts for numerical analysis tools
  • Support thermal management for electronics
  • Collaborate on precision and mechatronics design projects occasionally
Requirements:
  • Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/Physics or relevant field
  • Good understanding of thermal technologies, including computational modeling and calculation
  • 1-2 years of working or research experience in thermal system design is preferred
  • Knowledge in precision machine design is beneficial
  • Proficiency in using simulation software packages such as ANSYS Fluent, FloEFD, COMSOL, or other thermal/CFD tools is advantageous
