Job Description

As a Thermal Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting thermal systems for cutting-edge electronic and mechanical components. Leveraging your expertise in thermal analysis, computational modeling, and experimental validation, you will drive innovation and ensure optimal thermal performance across our products.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in designing cooling and heating systems, utilizing numerical approaches to drive thermal designs, conducting experiments to validate designs, and developing automation scripts for numerical analysis tools. You will also be involved in precision and mechatronics design work occasionally.

To excel in this role, you will require a robust understanding of thermal technologies, including computational modeling and calculation. A degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Physics is necessary, along with 1-2 years of working or research experience in thermal system design. Knowledge of precision machine design and proficiency in using simulation software packages such as ANSYS Fluent, FloEFD, COMSOL, or other Thermal/CFD tools is highly desirable.
