Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to lead our Early Careers Programme Management team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing graduate and apprentice development programmes, ensuring alignment with professional body requirements and company competency frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate graduate and apprentice training, ensuring consistency and quality across the Asia business.
  • Develop and maintain terms of reference for graduate and apprentice development managers, ensuring process consistency.
  • Work closely with graduate and apprentice development managers to ensure career plans and development support for all graduates and apprentices.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers of graduates and apprentices, ensuring consistency of experience across the Asia business.
  • Coordinate final assessment and completion of graduate and apprentice development programmes, feeding outputs into the operational promotions process.
  • Design and manage periodic programme reviews and end of programme assessment.
  • Establish and maintain agreed KPIs and metrics, regularly reporting on progress.
  • Support graduates and apprentices as they roll off their development programme, providing clear learning pathways.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of related working experience.
  • Experience in a development role for graduates and/or apprentices.
  • Experience working with professional bodies and competency frameworks.
  • Experience building and/or developing graduate and apprentice programmes.
  • Professional services experience.
  • Experience working in a complex global business.
