Job Title:
Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Location:
Whitley Road Old Police Academy

Working Hours:
Shift work: 2 day morning shifts (8am - 8pm), 2 night shifts (8pm – 8am), and 2 off days
Off day: 2 off days

Maintenance Tasks:

  • Carry out maintenance, repairing, and servicing tasks on electrical, aircon, mechanical, building, and repair systems.
  • Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of M&E works or aircon or building.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance operations for facilities or buildings to ensure smooth operation.
  • Attend to defects and customer complaints promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or breakdowns efficiently.
  • Record or inform the supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
  • Carry out troubleshooting and repairs on M&E systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management or maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years and above experience in facilities maintenance or engineering company
