  • Liaise with airport ground services to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage staff performance, training, and development
  • Coordinate with local airport authorities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage conflict resolution and service recovery situations
  • Prepare and provide reports on lounge usage and services
  • Evaluate services and provide feedback to management
  • Order supplies and manage budgets
  • Provide assistance on occupational health and safety
  • Assess customer complaints and queries

Requirements:

  • High school qualification with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Customer-oriented and understanding of multicultural working environment
