Job Title: Executive Lounge Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of guest services professionals to ensure seamless execution of lounge operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with hotel standards
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager and Sales Manager to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Track and forecast daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy levels to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably in Front Office
  • Excellent guest relations skills, confident, and clear communication
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to guide and coach team members
  • Knowledge of Opera system and other related sub-systems
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
