  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills among diverse personalities, building trust and credibility with team members, employee population, managers, and senior-level management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide guidance and advice with confidence.
  • Expertise in developing and managing innovative talent programs, initiatives, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding and application of employment and labor laws.
  • Knowledge and practical application of organizational effectiveness and change management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional consultation, coaching, facilitation, organizational, and change management skills. Training and coaching experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills.
