Job Description

As a skilled procurement specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality electronics components and mechanical parts from reliable suppliers. Your task will be to identify the best options that meet our specifications and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.

You will also need to compare prices and specifications, proposing alternatives to our engineers for approval. In addition, you will issue purchase orders based on requisitions, expedite urgent materials, and resolve discrepancies between delivery orders and invoices.

Requirements
  • Degree: Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and sourcing skills
  • Personality: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team
