Electronics Component Specialist

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quotations and delivery schedules.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely product deliveries.
  • Keep customers informed about delivery status and handle reschedules as necessary.
  • Oversee logistics arrangements and payment processes.
  • Prepare purchase orders and sales orders from our enterprise resource planning system.
  • Support customers with product certifications for ROHS, MSDS, etc.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and assist senior management with daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • A degree in electronics or business (preferred) or any relevant field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Experience in using customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning systems is a must.
  • An understanding of incoterms and payment terms is crucial.
  • Prior experience in the electronics component industry is highly desirable.
