Procurement Professional

This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth through new and existing suppliers. It involves researching targeted vendors, increasing the supplier base, and developing strong relationships with potential vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Development and Relationship Management
    • Develop new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential suppliers.
    • Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on reliability, quality of components, and competitive pricing.
  • Sourcing and Supply Chain Optimization
    • Source electronic components and key parts to meet the demands of our end customers.
    • Ensure timely delivery of components from suppliers and monitor supply chain performance.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team
    • Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer inquiries and requirements.
    • Provide offer lists from suppliers to the Sales team to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Market Analysis and Purchasing Decisions
    • Monitor market trends, industry developments, technological advancements, and competitor activities to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Issue Resolution and Problem Management
    • Resolve supplier issues such as quality control, shipment delays, and product defects.
