Electrical Procurement Specialist

The Electrical Procurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing the procurement process for electrical components and systems.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials and services.

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee procurement to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.
  • Cost Management: Implement best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices to drive cost reduction.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Expedite component suppliers and manage material shortages to support on-time delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve and de-escalate issues, driving necessary improvements.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work independently with global teams to achieve goals.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services/Contract Manufacturing management, Manufacturing/Engineering Operations, or Planning/Purchasing/Sourcing management.

Strong knowledge in EMS/CM management, manufacturing processes, demand/supply planning, and logistics is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services/Contract Manufacturing management, Manufacturing/Engineering Operations, or Planning/Purchasing/Sourcing management
  • Strong knowledge in EMS/CM management, manufacturing processes, demand/supply planning, and logistics
