Client Success Strategist

About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving client satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS:
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet client needs and drive satisfaction.
- Establish trust and credibility with key decision-makers through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
- DRIVE CLIENT SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY:
- Analyze client feedback and concerns to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW THE BUSINESS:
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell NTT's services to existing clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success in a technology or service industry.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data center services and the Asia Pacific market a plus.
- A competitive salary: SGD 120,000 per annum.
