About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Manager to drive strategic direction for NTT's largest clients, translating business vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales processes, support projects and lead conversations on new products and services.
  • Nurture relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all NTT solutions and services.
  • Be responsible for client solution penetration, account monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with specialist sales teams to see opportunities through to closure.
  • Create comprehensive client business plans and negotiate complex deals.
  • Contribute to opportunity review boards and share learnings with the team.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
