HR Officer

Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Officer is a key member of our team, responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions.

This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, performing payroll functions in a timely and accurate manner, and assisting with recruitment from job posting to new staff orientation.

Additionally, this role requires knowledge of work passes matters, including quota calculation, application, renewal, and cancellation. The HR Officer will also be responsible for leave management, medical records, company insurance functions, and providing advice to staff on HR policies and procedures.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
