Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting clients in corporate governance and compliance matters, handling statutory filings, maintaining company records, preparing resolutions, and liaising directly with clients and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing company secretarial services to clients.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents with the relevant authorities.
  • Maintain and update company registers, RORC, and other statutory records.
  • Draft resolutions, minutes, and client correspondences.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act and filing deadlines.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on queries and filings.
  • Oversee invoices, payments, and timesheet monitoring.
  • Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate secretarial services, preferably including ACRA filings.
  • Familiarity with Companies Act and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
