Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business expansion efforts in Europe. This pivotal role will serve as the representative of our organization, fostering strong relationships with European offices and key account customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic partnerships with European offices and agents to drive growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate company-wide strategy and policies to ensure seamless execution across all European offices.
  • Oversee the performance management and supervision of European offices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Lead the establishment of new European offices, including cloud-based systems, sales strategies, and reporting structures.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of regional market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory environments.
  • Enhance network cohesion and resolve trade-related issues between countries and offices.
  • Negotiate favorable service agreements with approved agents.
  • Design innovative solutions for new product/service launches in Europe.
  • Promote cost-effectiveness through optimized buying practices and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA an asset.
  • Proven experience as a senior leader in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and market forces.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate strategically with stakeholders.
  • Track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
