Drive Business Expansion

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing European accounts, primarily with System Integrators. Your main objectives will include generating additional business from these accounts by exploring other Lines of Business. You will be expected to create compelling propositions for clients, respond to Requests for Proposals, and work closely with designated account managers and recruitment teams.
To achieve this, you should possess at least 12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management in International Recruitment, specifically in UK/Europe, US, and APAC markets. A strong understanding of staffing solutions, excellent client handling skills, and hands-on experience with sales processes are essential. Additionally, proficiency in resource planning and recruitment delivery is required.
This role involves tracking key performance indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as building RPO and MSP capabilities for clients. To succeed, you must be able to handle multiple targets and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
