Time and Attendance Administrator

II-VI SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team. As the primary contact point for the Time and Attendance system (UKG Pro WFM), this role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and benefits administration, and will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and management.
Main Accountabilities:- Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, including data validation and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Support benefits administration, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll processing and benefits administration.
