Time Access International is the leading company in time attendance hardware and software for the last 28 years and has developed our own digital HR product.The product that Singapore and our clients are highly anticipating for, is the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that has been in development for the last 1.5 years.

The HRMS consists of the standard modules

All companies of every industry from startups, SMEs and MNCs has the need to have this integrated solution in their company. Our strengths lie in the massive customer database that we have in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general personal & secretarial duties
- Front-desk operations such as attending to incoming queries (phone calls and walk-ins), and handling courier services/incoming mails
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationery requisition and managing stocks inventory
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
- Perform neat filing and documentation
- Coordinate tracking of sales and delivery orders. Ensure timely communication with customers.
- Responsible for the distribution of incoming mails and postage handling for outgoing mails
- Prioritize customer service
- Oversee whole project implementation (Arranging schedule, installation for hardware and software)
- Able to propose quotes and generate invoices
- Schedule maintenance servicing on a monthly basis. Send out maintenance contracts every month
- Manage field technician jobs and schedule, write service reports for technicians
- Coordinate between our accounts personnel, sales personnel and technical personnel
- You will be the main point of contact for various vendors such as service providers and office building management
- Has good experience with online government portals ( NTUC income, GE Biz)
- Bonus: has experience in E-invoice and automated quotations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Meticulous, proactive and responsive
- Resourceful with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- Willing to learn, be extremely punctual and responsive
- Able to perform assigned duties consistently with mínimal supervision
