Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our residential construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing site construction teams, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead site construction teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
  • Chair WSH committee meetings and participate in site discussions.
  • Review and approve plant/material requisitions and authorize site purchases and rentals.
  • Administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g., civil engineering, construction management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction industry, preferably with HDB project experience.
