We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at SECURITY & RISK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the adherence of all rules and regulations of the Company and clients by all staff, as well as ensuring that all operational matters at various levels are attended to.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Ensure that all operational matters at various levels are attended to, and that all staff adhere to the Company's rules and regulations.
- Manpower Development: Ensure proper manpower development and training, and that the Operations Executive comply and execute their duties in accordance with their job descriptions and duties.
- Procedure Compliance: Ensure that procedures and Instructions are followed when dealing with inter-Department sites on operational matters.
- Manpower Management: Ensure that the manpower department is staffed in terms of strength and quality within operations department and all the contracted departments.
- Discipline and Ethics: Responsible for the discipline, ethics, and code of conduct for all operations department personnel.
- Site Visits and Security Meetings: Ensure that Operations Executive conduct weekly sites visit, and silent hour spot-check, and that regular security meetings are conducted with the customer.
- Qualifications: At least a Diploma qualification, preferably in security-relevant courses.
- Experience: Relevant security background experience, licensing and certificates as applicable according to the local legislation.
- Skills: Leadership qualities; people management, communication and problem-solving skills, excellent presentation skills with proven ability to influence key business partners, strong organization and planning skills, proficient in the use of MS Office suite, ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
