Learning Development Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Learning Development Expert to spearhead the creation and delivery of engaging learning experiences. This pivotal role demands expertise in instructional design, content development, and technical support for online courses and learning solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning strategies, aligning with organizational objectives
  • Create interactive e-learning courseware for corporate clients using SCORM standards
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to manage course development projects
  • Ensure high-quality standards through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and provide post-sales support to promote learning solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in instructional design, learning design, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing interactive e-learning courseware for corporate learning
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite apps
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring software such as Articulate
