Job Opportunity: Learning and Development Expert

Main Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will conceptualise, design, develop, and deliver online, blended, and classroom learning interventions to support public agencies' developmental plans.

  • Customised L&D Solutions

    This involves partnering with public agencies to develop tailored L&D solutions that meet their unique needs and objectives.

  • Research and Content Creation

    The specialist will conduct research on emerging HR areas, translating insights into learning products that address the evolving needs of public agencies.

  • Event Organisation and Facilitation

    This includes designing and organising seminars, webinars, communities of practice, and exhibitions on trending HR topics, as well as facilitating learning sessions and case study discussions in training programmes.

  • Consultancy Projects

    The specialist will contribute to consultancy projects supporting public agencies' transformation journey, helping them navigate complex organisational changes.
