Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts in the Asia Pacific Region.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Provide Assistance: Assist the APAC team in sales, sourcing, and return businesses, providing guidance and support to drive growth and expansion.
  • Grow Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue based in APAC, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer base.
  • Client Retention: Assist in client retention and mitigate revenue erosion, building strong carrier relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supporting departments, providing support and serving as a single point of contact between APAC offices and HQ.
  • Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze requirements, including finance billable and TCV revenue, APAC buying patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement on sales and strategic deals handling.


Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 10+ years of industry experience in telecommunications, preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient understanding of telecommunications products, including IEPL, IPLC, IPT, MPLS, SD-WAN, and SMS/A2P platform.
  • C-Level Contacts: Establish and maintain C-level contacts and relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills, including presentation to senior management in English and Chinese.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and industry certifications, an advantage.
