As a Business Performance Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This involves conducting in-depth analysis of revenue, cost, and margin trends, as well as researching industry trends and market dynamics. Your findings will inform commercial strategies that drive business results.
In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and refining business plans, including revenue forecasts and cost projections. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our strategies are aligned with business objectives.
A key aspect of this position is the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. You will track the implementation and impact of recommended strategies, making adjustments as needed to optimize business performance.
You will have the opportunity to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for senior management, providing insightful commentary and analysis on business and profit-and-loss results.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools is essential, with experience in SQL being a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with self-motivation and the ability to work independently, are necessary for success in this role.
