Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst
As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and operational efficiency through strategic decision-making.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and presenting cost estimates based on proposed solution architectures and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough engineering requirements analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents and statements of work.
- Collaborate with contractors to produce costing and ensure timely delivery.
- Report and follow-up on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sub-systems.
- Participate in progress meetings to discuss project status and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated engineering competencies required for qualification to a senior level.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering role.
- Able to decipher complex technical scope from high-level requirements.
- Experience with governmental and/or complex IT projects.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
