At TikTok, we're seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic growth initiatives and build scalable analytics frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain APAC SMB business analytics capabilities
  • Design and implement business performance monitoring systems aligned with regional priorities
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to deliver in-depth analyses driving strategic directions and actionable growth levers
  • Oversee high-impact analytics projects, including partnership penetration, sales efficiency, and seasonality initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Global Business Analytics function to improve tooling, workflows, and data infrastructure
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, strategy, or consulting
  • Deep understanding of digital business models, ideally in advertising, SaaS, or e-Commerce
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
  • Proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Thinkcell)
