Strategic Business Growth Analyst

The Sales and Customer Support department is seeking a skilled CRM & Business Analyst to drive market analysis, forecasting, fleet management, and business performance review to support customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide market intel, analysis, and pricing benchmarks to secure contracts
- Lead fleet management and forecast for existing major contracts to improve profitability and contract performance
- Gather market intelligence and perform market studies to develop business in key strategic markets
Requirements:
- Report to the Head of Business Development and work closely with the business development team on new sales campaigns and projects
- Support the team by analyzing key business parameters including sales forecast, aircraft deliveries, flight hours, and contract profitability to achieve company objectives
- Implement and lead regular contract performance reviews
About the Role:
This role sits in the Sales and Customer Support department and focuses on driving business growth through market analysis, forecasting, fleet management, and business performance review.
