Senior Architectural Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional projects and collaborating with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design intent. You will work closely with our team to prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project timelines and deadlines.
  • Conduct site meetings and site walks for projects under construction, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Assist the Architect with contract administration, providing expert guidance on building codes and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Singapore, with a strong background in high-end residential houses and hospitality projects.
  • A minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with expertise in architectural detailing and space crafting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, VRay/Enscape.
  • Familiarity with submission processes is a plus.
